Consequently, we are trying to avoid flying crew in and out and instead we strive to recruit all crew for the entire round trip. Of course that does not always work out so that we are permanently looking for experienced crew who share our values. If you ard holding valid STCW certificates of comp<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">etency or proficiency as AB, deckhand, general rating deck or \u2018Schiffsmechaniker\u2019 pls apply now Right now to complement the crew for yet another epic Atlantic crossing from Tenerife to the Caribbean and ideally further for the entire remaining voyage. That means from Tenerife to Guadeloupe and further on to Honduras, Belize, Mexico, the Azores and finally back to Europe to Kiel to participate in the \u2018Kieler Woche\u2019 and on to Hamburg in early July 2020.
