Being on the AVONTUUR gave me the opportunity to get to know something about traditional freight sailing. The warm and familiar atmosphere in the crew immediately took me in and made every job a pleasure.<\/p>\n

Back to the origin. It is an important deceleration for today’s driven world to transport cargo under sail in the traditional way. Not only to save resources, but also to regain the importance of time value, manual labour, and the long seafaring history. This brings a new wind into our consciousness to see daily consumer goods as not self-evident and always quickly available.<\/p>\n

I wish the TIMBERCOAST team and all the other cargo under sail pioneers a renaissance and global integration.<\/p>\n
