Let’s go sailing cargo again!\u00a0 Together with our incredible cargo partners, we will be embarking on our Voyage 5 beginning January 2020 with Captain Cornelius at the helm.\u00a0 This will mark the start of a year-long celebration to commemorate the 100th anniversary of our beloved SS AVONTUUR 1920 – 2020.<\/p>\n

As many of you know, we have been searching far and wide for cargoes westward to enable the next transatlantic trip. While the search continues, we have accumulated some cargoes for the sail to the Caribbean. That said, we have secured enough cargo eastward to make Voyage 5 happen! Thanks to the understanding of our growing cargo community, we have already begun preparing and planning the AVONTUUR’s return to sea!!!<\/p>\n

The wait is over!\u00a0 We have heard from so many of you over the past 3 months which has really pushed us harder than ever to find the required cargo to make this voyage possible. For this reason, did we not only choose to publish the Voyage 5 plan but also the Voyage 6 plan which takes us all the way to the end of July 2021!!<\/p>\n
